No taste, not even b-vitamin smell, who's complaining?
.ahw guys, syig kceh eht tahI'm not paid or anything, just looking for something to help someone with Wernicke's - I have no idea what people are talking about with gross burps? Yeah, it doesn't smell great when you try to practically snort it, but it's a B vitamin - what the heck, guys. On an empty stomach, no discomfort, no gross burps and no negative things that would stop a noncompliant patient from medicating this incredibly pivotal vitamin that can cause literal cerebral edema when alcoholics go without substantial food intake for weeks at a time. This stuff is nearly as neutral, it almost exactly neutral, as regular thiamine. Benfotiamine may be absolutely tasteless, thiamine just a little bit gnarly, and allithiamine may have the slightest of b vitamin smells before you take it - but oh my lord, how are people saying on their third day of taking this they couldn't continue because they were going to evacuate? Dude, go to a doctor

Brain fog lifted
I found out about TTFD on "David Fredrickson (Fit Over 40)" video "100mg RESTORES..." I ordered it supposedly helps reduce afternoon brain fog. I took 1 cap before lunch. All afternoon until around 7pm I felt a huge difference in clarity, cognition, ability to execute and mental energy. I slept really well last night 8 hours. I woke up feeling really refreshed and it's my day off so I could have gone back to bed but got up because I just got stuff to do. Hopefully that will continue...

Helps my neurocognitive and neurological symptoms so much
This product helps me keep my brain glutamate levels and check which is super duper important for avoiding my migraines, nerve pain, burn out (from excitotoxicity), and OCD symptoms. I didn't realize how much it was helping me until I stopped taking it and gradually got worse in all of those ways over the next month. I felt better again over the next couple weeks when I restarted it.

All Natural and Helps on Cellular Level
A couple of reasons I selected to buy Nature's Fusions TTFD Thiamine B1 Supplement is because it not only helps with my daily energy level and keep my nervous system strong, it does this at the micro level, ie helping the power house of my cells (mitochondria) function more efficiently. When taking this product daily, I can tell it helps to increase my energy levels and cognitive function. I also bought and use this product because it has NO soy products.

Good energy with mild garlic flavor/smell for hours.
I've tried 2 companies TTFD products, and this is twice the size per pill but also leaves a background mild garlic flavor that the other didn't. I take them in the morning to help get me moving, and take them on an empty stomach. Not sure if the 100mg felt like more than the previous 50mg (it has been weeks/months since I ran out of the others). I'm buying yet another brand next to compare to these.
