Shewwwweeeeee. If you want to see sound and hear colors, this is for you. I drink a ton of caffeine/coffee everyday as a mom of 6 and full time employee. But this? I'm certain I could do everything there is to do, and still have 23 hours left in the day.

Good stuff! Its a cleaner energy than caffeine. I used to drink 3 cups of coffee before noon but now its down to one.

So it makes you sweat like crazy just sitting down doing nothing! The first day I did notice a little jitters. The next day I used it as a pre-workout if your working your body out you don't notice the jitters as much. I also ate a small healthy snack right after taking it which probably helps with any nausea. It's an amazing pre-workout it gives you the Boost without the Itchy face. I also noticed it does help with my appetite. A lot less binge eating so I can eat more intentionally to fuel my body.

This product says to take 1 pill when you first get up and take another one in six hours. I take one pill in the morning and it lasts ALL day. If you need energy this is the ONE. Just don’t take it on an empty stomach.!!!

This only felt really effective the first time I took it. I did have a lot of energy in the morning, but basically felt super tired by the mid afternoon. I don't think these curbed my appetite whatsoever and gave me diarrhea. Waste of money, wouldn't recommend.

These supplements are awesome at helping with Energy and Focus. I'm not sure on the appetite control as they don't seem to do much there but my workouts have been fantastic while taking these.

I have a weaker stomach and it gave my stomach quivers all day long and then the bloke came, I think I might’ve been allergic to something in them.
