Perfect lock for my office door
I am thrilled with my purchase of this smart door lock. It feels sturdy and reliable, comparable to the commercial door lock that I’m replacing. There are plenty of methods to unlock it—app, passcode, fingerprint, key, and RFID card—I love the flexibility. The design fits all standard door lock drills, and the installation was easy and straightforward; it only took me 10 minutes to figure everything out, uninstall the old one, and install the new one. I am using it for an office door, and it is ideal for landlords and property managers for residential use too. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their door lock.

The lock has some good weight to it and feels sturdy, installation instruction is clear and the process is easy! I have tested several methods to unlock and it responds FAST! Very happy with this purchase

Effective and Easy to Use
When I was looking for a smart lock, I needed something effective and easy to use. It also helps that it looks good! It had a video providing step by step instructions which made installation easy. I did not need any special tools. The lock comes with a companion app which provided several ways to open your lock (password, fingerprint, key fob, key, and temporary passwords). Everything was easy to use and I highly recommend this product.

Way too complicated and technical for family access.
I just want to open the door without having to carry a key with me. The setup took longer by far than the installation and I'm still not happy with it. You have to go get your phone to lock the door if you have it unlocked letting people come and go. There is no visual lock. If you wonder in the middle of the night if the door is locked, you open the door and check if the handle activates the lock. When you find it open, you go get your phone, and try getting Bluetooth connected so you can give the app your GPS location and locate the unlock feature in the app. It is totally impractical for a home. I'm returning it.

Sad to learn that there are no batteries once lock is arrived.
