One of the best Iron supplements I've tried. This got my levels where they need to be, without the bad taste, mess or staining of liquid form iron.

Helped with my iron in pregnancy and postpartum. No stomach issues at all. It definitely increased my iron based off of labs and symptoms.

I started out using the liquid form, but requires refrigeration after opening which did not help if I was traveling. I looked for pill form and I found the capsule form. I like that the iron is derived from plants and does not cause constipation. The exhaustion and hair thinning from lack of iron has been resolved. I refill this product when it’s time. You can have it as a subscription as well and it will automatically ship before your current supply is over. Best iron I have ever taken.

Works well-slight bad taste only downside.
