Bought to replace an old system. One thing that stood out was the ease of setup. It is literally plug and play. All I had to do is mount the cameras and DVR, plug them in and it just worked! I also really appreciated the 10 ft long power supplies for the cameras made camera placement and cable management so much easier. There is also the option for POE connections for the cameras (extra).The picture quality was crisp and clear (5MP version) and despite the wireless cameras there is no picture freezing when a large object is displayed (better codec). The PTZ feature also let's you cover more area with less camera so essentially I had an "extra" camera for additional coverage. The DVR setup and interface is easy and intuitive, including remote viewing setup. (Use caution here as they will try to sign you up for their cloud storage service. You need to uncheck a box before saving). On a four camera system the 1TB HDD should give 30+ days of video.I think for the cost you get a lot of features including AI human size detection and camera tracking, various low light viewing options, motion alarms with notifications and the ability to have up to 10 cameras.I've only had it for about a day but am impressed so far! From receiving to fully mounted and working was about an hour and a half. I will probably be adding more cameras soon.

The media could not be loaded. These are GREAT for being able to view animals or just to see all angles around your yard, can even set them to follow moving objects. I have ordered other sets from them for my other house but wanted to see how moving cameras would work for the backyard. Pleasantly surprised, the PTZ works great from the phone app can access it right from the screen you're viewing. On the system itself it is a couple clicks away but still simple to access. The nice thing this company does is it includes a NVR that allows you to add more cameras to the system if you decided to want more cameras, most other brands I have ordered come maxxed out and if you want to add more then you have to purchase another NVR and go through linking and setting all cameras up from scratch. I've seen other people complain about reaching a person for answers to questions but I have found them very responsive to anything I needed.(pretty much within 24hrs) The quality is way better than my photos show as I used my phone to take a picture of the monitor I have mounted to the wall. Set comes with hdmi cable and a laser mouse. Myself I added a wireless mouth as I do not like being all up on the monitor when view or using it. That would be my only advice to add a better mouse, but they give you one to be up and running the same day so it is still nice to have.

This is a quality Security Camera System for a great price. It's easy to set up and has a clear picture. The pan and tilt function works great, and the tracking feature is a nice. It is built with quality materials and will last.

Update so i am giving 5 stars since after speaking to customer service giving them verification of the issue (which is expected). They are sending a new camera. The clarity on the other cameras have been wonderful night and day vision. Plus easy set up in home and to phone.After checking all the cameras before installation they all came on but after installation one camera seems to have a short since we had to wiggle the wires so it would come on and the video is not as clear as the others. Reached out to customer support will see what they say and do.

I originally purchased a cctv set with 5MP cameras from Hiseeu around two months ago. The cameras were great - they tracked at both daytime and night mode, very bright light on at night mode and still tried track motions. I thought I'd move to a new house in a month and so I could install them and see how they go outside until the 30 days term ended, unfortunately it never happened - almost moving was not gonna happen. So I returned the cameras - what use when I don't even know if I move out?Then the fudging moving happened - like 2 weeks ago, I ordered this and just received today. What I expected from the 5MP camera - light alarm and night tracking , which are written on the product description don't work at all. The first camera did that - it tracked movement fine at daytime more. But when it is at night mode - it literally didn't do anything.So I'm returning it. Once the return process is completed, I may order 5MP (now 10 bucks increased compared to what I paid two months ago) unless Hiseeu increases the price again.

Wasn't looking for monthly subscription charges. Wasn't advertised as such and I sent the equipment back without unpacking.

I love the quality of the cameras I really do recommend them
