Helps to fall asleep quicker than melatonin, and tastes good.
gummies are easy to chew, good flavor (orange) and work rather well to help someone fall asleep. Melatonin wasn't working for us anymore (only used when needed to sleep, not as a daily supplement), and it gave my adult child weird dreams. When we take the Mag/Calcium/Zinc, sleep seems to come on pretty quickly and there is NO groggy feel or inability to fall back asleep if awoken in the night. Would highly recommend.

Delicious and high dose.
They are the best that I had to far. They taste delicious, like candy. They smell good too. They have the daily amount of calcium that I need in just 2 gummies. Two bottles will last you two months.

A supplement I remember to take daily!
I am horrible at taking supplements. But I do love chewy yummy candies……Therefore, taking one of these in the morning and one at night is like a special treat! I NEVER forget!!

Worth the price!
Overall, this is a solid calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D supplement. I like that it combines all three in one dose, which makes it super convenient for daily use. I’ve definitely noticed benefits in bone and joint support, and it feels gentle on the stomach too.My only complaint—and the reason for four stars instead of five—is that the magnesium just doesn’t seem as effective at helping me relax compared to a few other brands I’ve tried. If you’re mainly taking this for general wellness, it’s great. But if you rely on magnesium specifically for sleep or relaxation, you might need a little extra support.

Great taste
I was gonna that age where I really needed to take a calcium supplement, but I really disliked the chewy chalky chocolate kind you know what I’m talking about. I was really excited to see them in this orange gummy.. The taste is great and the texture is almost like fruit leather.

Not coated in sugar.
I am really glad I found these. Good value, and NOT coated in sugar like most gummies. Since I have to take a high dose of calcium, I also like only having to take 3 instead of 8 or more.
