Normally the PS5 only allows you to play to one audio source at a time, so if you connect headphones, you only can get audio to the headphones. However, with the C81, it has dual-link capability so you can connect two bluetooth devices to it at the same time.Using this, I can play audio from a PS5 to both headphones and a bass rumbler / tactile transducer at the same time.I have it set to play to a pair of HyperX Cloud III S and also a Fosi Audio M01-BT at the same time. The Fosi Audio M01-BT is powering a pair of Dayton Audio BST-1 bass shakers / transducers. With that, I get seat shaking with gunshots / explosions, etc.Unfortunately, most bluetooth headphones, including the Cloud III S, don't support aptX low latency. As a result, the adapter shows a slow flashing light rather than a solid light, indicating it is in regular mode instead of low latency mode. I notice a very slight delay in the audio, but not enough for it to be an issue for me. If I switched to a pair of aptX compatible headphones then the issue would be resolved. This is not a fault of the C81.Also, you should be aware that the C81 does NOT allow the mic from your headphones to be heard by the PS5. To fix this, I used a DJI mic mini. You can connect the DJI mic directly to the PS5 USB-C and it shows up as a mic in the PS5. This has worked well, and those that play with me have connected that the mic quality is much better than when I used the Cloud III S mic.

Amazing device. It should be noted that this device is an audio only intended experience, microphones will not work. This is more like “my partner is asleep and I want to game without turning up the TV,” situation.On a side note, the compatibility on the product page for the C81 is missing PC. I connected this device to the USB-C port in my PC and it worked flawlessly and practically the same as PS5. Save yourself some money and just get this one instead of both the PC and PS5 one. Overall, 10/10.

This is exactly what I was looking for to connect my Beats Studio buds. I don’t use the microphone though but as far as hearing the game and music it works perfectly. Really easy to set up and use. As far as price I don’t think it’s an issue for something made specifically for ps5. Awesome Bluetooth adapter.

The product does not work well with a microphone. You can have the microphone on and the audio quality is trash for your headset or you can turn the microphone off and the audio quality is fine.I recommend looking elsewhere if you want to be able to use a headset with a good microphone.

It’s June 2025. I used to pair my Apple AirPod Max’s and pro 2 to my PlayStation 5 Pro with zero issue. Noise cancellations works, audio pairs right up every time and beyond easy to pair from my phone and iPad back to console. The fact I can use my AirPods with my phone and iPad and then send to console in 2 seconds with no issue worth its weight in gold. The fact this product works so well with Apple eco system is fantastic. Truly great product that works as intended flawlessly. Roughly took about 5 mins if not less to setup instructions were very clear and mainly easy so easy an infant can do it. Highly recommend this product. I also paired a Milwaukee Jobsite speaker to it and same it’s very easy to switch. High plus also is how incognito product is you don’t notice it on console.

I had know idea if this product would be any good... but it seems to do exactly as it advertises. At first I had a little trouble with the Bluetooth connection and I thought the audio quality was really bad... but after reconnecting my AirPod Pros a couple more times and after using the device a couple more sessions, all those issues seemed to subside.In terms of the actual audio quality... I really don't know as I am not an audiophile. That said, there doesn't seems to be very much latency and the audio sounds pretty good to me.I WOULD purchase again if necessary.

This device is does not work well with Avantree Aria Pro Wireless Headphones (Item No.: BTHS-AS90P). I planned on using this device at work during hours long conference calls on my workstation laptop that operates using Windows 11 operating system. I want to share with other potential customers that although this device connects relatively easily with the Avantree Area Pro Wireless Headphones (Item No.: BTHS-AS90P), the audio/sound during a conference call is static or garble noises when someone else talks for more than 15 minutes. The only good thing about this device is that my microphone works fine. For instance, my colleagues can hear me clearly when I speak during a conference call via Microsoft Teams.Pro:~ Connects easily with my Avantree Area Pro Wireless Headphone (Item No.: BTHS-AS90P)~ My microphone/voice does not drop during an hour long conference call.Con:~ I cannot hear my colleagues properly when they are speaking during an hour long conference call.

So far so good! This product works well with my Powerbeats Pro 2 Earbuds. I am pleased with the product and the price was cheaper than purchasing the wireless PS5 headphones. The installation and syncing is simple. Just follow the instructions provided.
