Great blood pressure monitor and customer service
This is my first blood pressure monitor, so I don't know how it compares to others and can't speak to accuracy, but I like it so far. I've been using it every day for about 2 weeks. It is easy to use for measurements, easy to pair with both Android and iPhone, and easy to set up 2 different profiles. You can use the plug, but it also takes 4 AAA batteries. I use it with rechargeable batteries so I can move it around and I don't forget to measure each day. It syncs flawlessly every time, and if you have an iPhone and want it to sync with Healthkit, the app does that easily too. The app is minimal, but it does everything it needs to do. I'm really glad I decided to get the Bluetooth one to save myself manual entry. At first I was annoyed by the cuff; it is hard to get to fit and position correctly. I figured out it was so difficult because it is too big around and too long for me -- I'm only 5'1" and the circumference of my arm is 12" if that helps anyone out there. So I reached out to customer service to buy a smaller cuff, and they sent me one for free! I'll update this if I have any issues, but this is a great and affordable option for monitoring blood pressure at home.

Very Good with some things that could be improved
So I returned a wrist cuff that had blue tooth that was pretty unusable and bought this one instead (for i think $20 less) ... the unit itself: the display is EZ to read and backlit. I stuggle a little with getting the cuff just so, but maybe I'm making it more complicated than it is. Cons: if the 'start' button is bumped it will start inflating. perhaps an on/ off switch or some other method to prevent accidental activation of the unit? The App: the app is great as far as I'm concerned - it allows you delete faulty readings, it shows various graphs. and if you have the a/b user switch in the 'wrong' position it will ask if you want to sync the reading anyway - nice! The case - this is where I knock it down a star. It's barely big enough. and the bit where I mentioned the start button above? any idea how often the ac adapter pushes the start button? I put the unit in first, the cuff over the display (to protect it from being scratched by the AC adapter) . I put the ac adapter in the little pocket in the top of the case. and zip it shut. I'm not saying it hard to put away, I am saying with a tiny bit of changes there wouldn't be an issue. ... Maybe have the ac adapters prongs flip down so I wouldn't worry about the screen getting scratched? maybe have SOMETHING that prevents it from activating (and initiating a pressure test) by bumping the start button? Maybe have the case a smidge bigger so the cuff fits in easily? All that said, I do think it's a great unit - I purchased it after getting a Greater Goods Wifi bathroom scale that I think is fantastic, and I'm nearly as impressed with this item as well. the main reasons are bluetooth connectivity versus Omron and the phone app. Bluetooth connectivity: you have to have the app open during the test to get the reading to upload. I'm not aware of a way to get a reading uploading without it doing a bp test. BUT it is head and shoulders better than the omron app. The greater goods device itself shows a graphic indicating that it is trying to sync and a check mark once it has - this is way better than the Omron App The phone app -it's similar to the greater goods bathroom scale app, The app is simple, but it's simple in a good way. very straight forward to use. they both have ' week, month, year, and total' graphs. super ez to see your monthly averages. and by tapping on a month you can see the individual readings. Here you can delete a bad reading and or add note to a reading. final bit of advice - look at the online directions :)

Monitor is an very good value and the Customer Service is Excellent
First I want to talk about the customer service and then I will talk about the product. I ordered the bluetooth blood pressure monitor. When the product arrived, the box it arrived in said it was bluetooth, but the nothing in the manual or on the machine made any mention of bluetooth. I contacted GreaterGoods and they told me that Amazon put the wrong monitor in the box. Within two days they sent me a replacement monitor and let me keep the wrong monitor also for the hassle. Even if they did not give me the extra monitor I would still be giving them an excellent grade for customer service. How a company resolves problems is everything. I will definitely buy products from GreaterGoods again. The blood pressure monitor as a stand alone unit, is on par with more expensive units, It stores up to 60 readings(in the monitor) for 2 separate users, it gives readings for systolic and diastolic blood pressure as well as pulse. I have compared the readings with 2 other machines and the readings are in line with the other 2. Though one feature this monitor has that was not on the other 2 units I have used was that It also shows if you have an irregular heart beat. The machine is very easy to use, you just push the big green button one time and it takes your reading. For me the best feature is the bluetooth. They have an App that you can download for Iphone or android, the Iphone app will sync the data to Apple health. If I open the app while taking the reading, my phone normally goes back to sleep before it has finished, so I was concerned at first that I had to keep the app open while it was monitoring my blood pressure in order for it to update to the phone, but that is not the case. Even with my phone sleeping, I can start it up after taking my reading and the data is already there. The App shows a chart of your readings (by week, month or year) and also has a history tab that shows all your readings by month. You can also manually type in any readings if you have reading that were not taken with the bluetooth device. I purchased this unit because of the cost, the other bluetooth devices with similar features were more expensive. This machine is well worth the cost, plus the support offered by the vendor is excellent.
