As a perimenopausal vegetarian, my lab work indicated anemia. I was suffering lightheadedness and other health issues. I've taken iron tablets but they obviously weren't very helpful.These gummies taste ok to me, regardless of the other reviews I do not taste blood. They have a slight aftertaste, but nothing too drastic. They did upset my stomach the first few days but that went away quickly and now they do not cause any problems.While I haven't had new labs taken yet I can say that after a month of taking two gummies every morning the lightheadedness and some of my other issues have cleared up, so that makes these worth it for me.

My daughter can’t swallow pills so these are perfect and the taste is good. Not too sweet or sour.

Taste is alright I do get a slight metallic flavor at the end of chewing it and doesn’t seem to be as strong as the others I’ve bought.

As someone who have been challenged with anemia, somedays or worse than others when it come onto my energy level. There are time I'll move from a rabbit to a turtle while completing my task and this is very much annoying and frustrating and to top it off most iron pills will leave this bad metallic taste in my mouth for hours making taking them not do much appealing but I must tell you that since taking this iron gummy supplements all my prayers have been answered. I now step in my day as the champion I am, feeling energized revitalized and hopeful. I must admit that I was very skeptical because I came to the comment section after making my purchase and the comments on the peach flavor had thrown me off but I tell you this I am loving the peach combination it do have a little metallic taste but it is not overbearing.
