Its a good product, as advertised
This is my third bottle and I'm getting fairly consistently 6 to 8 hours of sleep. That's good. I have to avoid the NEWS and the COMPUTER too! Not getting up at 2 am to use the restroom. Though the magnesium does send me to the restroom promptly by 5 to 6 am a few days a week. Getting my 6 hours of sleep consistently is good for my overall health, memory and blood pressure. So Relaxium is better than other products I've used over the last 20 years. The doctor has specifically warned me to stay away from products offered in the grocery store.

Works, but is not a miracle sleep aid.....update
This product does help me fall asleep quickly by allowing my mind to relax, however, I still wake up several times during the night. Some nights it works well, and I fall back to sleep, but is does not work it's magic every night. Overall, it is better than any of the other over counter sleep aids that I have tried, however, it is not a miracle worker. I also have noticed that I wake up with a bit of a headache. The minor headache does go away after a short while, but it is a small con of using this for me. Update: After continuing to take Relaxium Sleep consistently for a month, I have noticed that it is working better for me. I take 2 capsules - 1 hour before bed, and when I put my head on the pillow, I am out. That has not happened in years. I usually wake up about 3 hours after going to bed, but that is probably because I need to use the restroom. After I return to bed, I fall right back to sleep, however, I do wake up periodically from that point on. The best news is that I fall back to sleep . So no, I don't sleep 8 hours straight, however, I am getting so much more sleep than I did before. The headaches have also gone away, so I believe my body is getting used to the herbs. I now can honestly say that I will buy another bottle.

Not exactly as advertised
The first time I took it, I actually felt more awake and ended up not sleeping at all, I thought maybe I'd had too much sugar or caffeine somehow during the day, though typically I only drink water all day, I sometimes like something sweet after dinner. So I gave it another shot, it kinda worked after a few hours, I can't say I woke up feeling refreshed but I think I slept more than usual though that could have been from not sleeping the night before (??). I've tried it a few more times with mixed results though judging by my watch sleep timer, if they can be trusted, I do sleep more total hours , just not in a row. I wake up a lot still but am able to go back to sleep again most nights. I think if Melatonin works for you, this will as well but with no added benefits , just the same as Melatonin alone. I find Melatonin & sleepy time tea works best so maybe trying this and tea will do the trick even though sleepy time type teas have some of the same botanical ingredients as this product. I doubt I'll buy it again as the price is way more than buying melatonin & sleepy time type teas.

Still working after 4 plus years
At 70 I began using Relaxium about 4 years ago. For many years I have tried numerous sleep aids with little to no success. Although reviews are mixed from bad to great I choose to make my own decision. I constantly wake up at least 3 times per night. Over and over again as I awoke I would toss and turn for a long time till I finally dozed off again and again and slept till next time. From the first night I took Relaxium my sleep has never been better. For me this works. I still and always have woken 2 to 3 times per night; however the difference is I fall right back to sleep. I must admit that I only weigh 108 pounds and chose to only take 1 pill per night vs the recommended dose of 2. I have been using this dose since the beginning. My only suggestion to anyone undecided is don’t rely solely on reviews and make your own decisions. I always have and will continue to do that. After 4 plus years of use as long as I can get a good night sleep I will continue to use this item.

It works and if you do an auto you save also...
I had struggled for years...Saw this on Fox News.....and many ads with whom there are people I respect a great deal. Since I have started taking it....I sleep at least 4 hours before I get up quickly to bathroom and then back to bed and back to sleep...I have tried several.....As Mike Huckabee said and Bill O'Reily said.....Larry Gatlin....IT WORKS....take an hour before you go to bed....it works....really works....

Sleep
So I used to take Ambien because I don’t sleep. But because some of my other medications I take I can’t have Ambien anymore and melatonin alone doesn’t work for me so my doctor recommended this and it works perfectly. I sleep seven straight hours now.

It is relaxing
Unfortunately it does not help me sleep. Not much does. I do feel relaxed when I take it, so it is comforting, relaxing. But unfortunately, it does not help me sleep. For contact, I take ten milligrams of melatonin and asleep aid my magnesium.
