Works too good. Make sure you know your cycle and when to use it. Overuse will throw off your hormonal balance and you'll be in a worse situation than when you started. Use it smart.

On the fence about this so far. I've used one jar, it has definitely helped with cramps, I rarely feel any cramping and before I had painful cramps. I'm perimenopausal so not having hot flashes yet so not sure if it will help with that. My cycle has been a bit abnormal which I was hoping this would help with that, so far it is still a bit abnormal. I may go 2 months without a period and then I'll have two in one month! So I'm purchasing another jar to see if my body just needs more time to adjust.

Loving it, it has helped with my hormones, that have gone a bit off and cause my monthly to be heave and this has lessens that.

Could not possibly work, it doesn’t absorb into your skin, just leaves a greasy film that will last for hours. The jar was only 3/4 of the way full.
