Mission impossible!
Very difficult to operate with unclear directions and very small buttons.This item makes a strong case for finding an app for my phone or laptop rather than this stand alone device.

Very cheap
Not at all what expected. I am very unhappy with this product. It is cheap, I can not hear the words is is supposedly saying and the keyboard is small so typos abound. I am not at all pleased with this product.
