What is the best way to get rid of a well established Palmas grass?

Palmas Grass is native to South America (Argentina etc.) - First cut the grass right down to the ground, then apply weed killer - Dilute 1 sachet in about 2 - 3 litres of water and apply to the Palmas Grass area. Several applications may need to be applied before it completely dies. Hope that helps.

It may kill Pampas Grass you can only try at least, seeing as its a Systemic weed killer , it should take the solution down to the roots in principal.
