Its okay
I hoped it had straps to keep feet blacaned or else feet starts slipping. The intensity doesnt feel much different. It requires some practise to do it fluently. Going back works better than going forward.

I hope it had the foot strap as the food slips a bit. Rest its good for the standing elliptical machine and doesnt take up alot of space
