Product and their service center - both are bad. The service in Calicut city has been rather poor. The technicians don't seem to be skilled to handle such latest stuff. The starter knob was not functioning properly, the technician came and checked and then said he has reported to the company for a replacement starter. After a week the technician came with the replacement but he couldn't even unscrew the starter due to lack of appropriate tools. He said it needs to be taken to the service center but since he is on a scooter I will have to take it to the service center. I did that. Few days later I went and brought it back. Now there is a gas leak from the starter Knob. While using suddenly there was flames coming from under the Knobs. Reported the problem again... the same technician comes each time. I have serious doubts about the skills of their technicians. Faber needs to improve their product and also their service partners especially the partners they have in Calicut. It's been just around 7 months and already 4 service calls have happened...
