Good universal fish sauce for all of your South Asian recipes., and then some. The best part is it comes in the old fashioned size bottle It always used to come in, and not what is usually sold in stores now for people that don't know any better which are little tiny bottles that are about three times the price. Thank you to whoever this purveyor is.

The Lucky Fish Sauce is still the best!

I like this fish sauce and keep a bottle handy in my "collection."After discovering fish sauce a few years ago, I gradually started adding it to many recipes, including (of course) pho and other soups. Fish sauce is great added to simmering dried beans near the end of cooking, and marinades, and stir-fries, and rice dishes, and much more.This one is a bit lighter than some others, and is handy for when you want to add it with a gentler touch.

I would give a zero if it’s an option. This is “Not” a real fish sauce. I has been cooking Thai food for a long time and I am Thai. It’s just water mix with salt and sugar. Awful!!! I wish I could refund, I bought two of them. I have to throw them out, what a waste of money. Don’t buy this brand.

I use fish sauce to season soups, marinates, and hummus (try it!), and Lucky Brand Premium is an excellent choice! It only takes a small squirt to add a very-Asian taste to whatever you're cooking- try it and see!
