The gummies I received were dried out and stuck together. They are so dried out that the corners of the gummies are white. The expiration date is not until 2027, but these seem really old or exposed to air. It was past the 30 day return windows when I discovered this so I guess I'm stuck with them. I'm now trying to find another source for Alpha Lipoic Acid Gummies.

It's a pretty decent product. Good flavor. I'm not sure if it delivers 100% on the claims. But it's worth a try.

I have been taking these now for 3 or 4 mons. I believe they are starting to help my nerve problem in my arms . I will keep reporting back . I could not take the pill form as it upset my stomoch . These are great to take . No problem .
