Q: The ad said adjustable shoulder straps. they are not. or at least i can not figure out how to move them. can someone please let me know how?

The shoulder straps have nylon buckles on them. If you move the buckles they will either lengthen or shorten the shoulder straps, depending on which direction you move them.

Q: Can I hang my Speaker Mic on this harness?

I hang mine on my vest. There is a D -ring on it and or there are two elastic bands that your radio antenna goes through. if your mic - clip is flat it wont clip on the D-ring.

Q: Can the pouch fit an escape respirator? I work in a plant and having one is essential.

i dont know the dimensions of that said respirator,but i can tell you it will fit a iphone 14.
