Why are you not honouring next day delivery?

Next day delivery is only guaranteed for Amazing Prime customers on Prime marked items (items dispatched by Amazon rather than a third-party seller). This item is fullfilled/dispatched by a non-Amazon entity, and as such isn’t marked as Prime.

Can these be used for dos?

Did you mean ‘dogs’? I have them prescribed by my vet for my pony, so I suspect they are ok for other animals. I’m dosing at 1 tablet/25kg so depending on the size of dog, you’ll have to be careful with your dosing. Why not ask the vet what dose to use. I find they don’t charge for info asked for over the phone. Hope this helps.

How quickly do they work?

These are the same tablets I have on prescription and they normally start working within 15-20 minutes. Obviously, it depends what kind of allergy you have and how severe the symptoms are before you take the tablet, so it may take up to an hour to see bad hives and really red, itchy red eyes to go down. But there are other things you can do while waiting, such as cold milk on a cotton pad to sooth itchy eyes, I don't know why, it just works. Also running your wrists under cold water will see an improvement in hives and itchiness on the arms-putting your feet in a basin of cold water will bring down hives and itchy skin on the legs. It's important to remove the irritant like dust, pollen or pet hair if it's on your skin or clothes, have a bath or shower in tepid water and a change of clothes too.
