My main concern was my son would be able to feel the airtag. He is very particular about how things feel against his skin. Loose threads, tags on shirts, and if socks fit a certain way it bugs him. He's very active and he said he doesn't even notice it and forgets its even there. He also said the insoles themselves are more comfortable than the ones that were originally in his Nikes. He's 10 for reference.
