A great way to control what you eat! The kit is great, complete instructions and all tools included.

The jars and the scraper are absolutely wonderful! But hand wash the jars or the lines come off. Does not matter if you are experienced at sourdough, the jars have a wonderful wide opening, easy to add flour, easy to clean, the spatula that comes with works awesome, a great addition to my baking arsenal. Gifted a set to my daughter also

I'm a newbie to the sourdough game. I somehow didn't do it during lockdown and am starting late. The good news is that there are plenty of helpful options out there. Like this one! This set has been perfect. It comes with both a fabric and an airtight lid, a stirrer long enough for the jar, the jar with easy markings, a stick on thermometer, measuring cups, and the band to help you remember when you last fed your poor starving sourdough (or is that just me? Whoops!). I couldn't have asked for a better starter set and am extremely happy with it.
