Instructions say to tap the bottom, however you will need to remove the blue plug on the bottom. Just press the side of the plug with your nail and it will pop out. The pump is now available, press it with your tooth brush handle of something similar a few times, now pump the top, and I found that it was better to put it on my brush before the toothpaste.

I can't even give a review. was so excited about this product, got it did exactly like instructions said, noting came out... i am not sure if i got an empty package, but was dissapointed.

I do see a difference, my teeth have whitened a little. waiting on the snow powder come available again.

I think my teeth are difficult to whiten but this is working!

Ordered a tube of the Snow and it was empty. Literally nothing will come out of it and I followed the instructions to tap the bottom and continue pumping.

I was not particularly impressed with this gel product. My teeth do feel much cleaner, but the whitening aspect is overrated.

I've been using this for a week and my teeth are noticeably whiter. Its so simple to use too. Love snow products.
