If you are looking for a comfortable and cute couch I beg of you please look literally anywhere else. This is not it. Once we had assembled it, we realized it was missing the armrests and when I contacted customer service, they said I would have to return what was delivered to get the entire thing resent. On top of that, it’s basically just a piece of wood covered in fabric because there is next to no cushion on it. It is also the smallest thing ever so make sure you look at the measurements. Pretty much the only positive thing I have to say about it is that it was easy to assemble. Overall it is not worth the money. I would not recommend to anyone.

Watch your measurements. This is a very small piece of furniture perfect for a tiny space and for people under 5’5” as it’s very low to the ground. Decent quality, very firm comfort, if you’re looking for something small and color is good.

The futon arrived without the weird little pillow things, but that was ok. Those weird little pillow things seem like they’d be a pain to keep track of and my cat would probably destroy them anyway.I bought this for a couple of reasons. I have a large living room that has 2 full size couches and a love seat. My dog claimed one couch years ago. At the end of the old boys life, he had accidents frequently. The couch he claimed did not go unscathed. When the dog passed, the couch had to go. So I needed a new one. My daughter comes to town every couple of months for appointments with her specialist. Her and her boyfriend like to sack out in the living room. So I figured a couch the folded down into bed would be the best choice.Pros:Easily assembledSuper simple to convert into a bedLow profile, which is awesome in a house of short peopleEasily cleaned, spills wipe right offPotential cons:Very firmSmaller than a twin, making sheets fit weirdDefinitely need a sheet on it to sleep, otherwise exposed body parts stick to the pleatherI solved the cons with a simple inexpensive fitted memory foam mattress topper. I keep it on there at all times and I keep the sheet on it at all times. I found a sheet set that matches my other furniture, so the sheet helps it blend in, the topper makes the couch more comfy to sit (and sleep) on, and you don’t stick to it when wearing shorts.All in all, it’s a great and inexpensive piece of furniture. Especially if you have young children or pets. Because, let’s face it, if you have kids and/or pets, your furniture is going to die a horrible death anyway. This has a chance to potentially last years with kids and pets.

IT IS VERY LOW TO THE FLOOR SO YOU HAD BETTER HAVE GOOD KNEES OR HELP GETTING UP AND DOWN. I LOVE THE MATERIAL ON IT. IT IS INEXPENSIVE WITHOUT LOOKING CHEAP OR CRASS.I SET IT UP AGAINST A BOOKCASE WALL IN A ROOM I DECORATED TO RELAX IN "A PRIVATE PERSONAL SPACE". IT EXEMPLFIES MY PERSONAL TASTE.

So uncomfortable. Little to no cushion very flimsy not worth $100

It is a lovely sofa but the pillows and the middle section were missing meaning it could not be used as a comfortable bed there would be a hole. There were no instructions sent so building. It would be more relying on pictures off of Amazon than any actual instructions to tell you where the screws go. And this doesn’t even begin to address the shipping nightmare. Here’s to hoping the return goes better

I love this futon, I purchased it for my uncle for his new home, he love how comfortable it s, especially the cup holders! And when a guest spends the night he has a bed. The assembly was very simple and the futon looks stylish! It fits his living room perfectly and the overall quality is very good!

Small space USE

Missing parts i.e. armrest & 2 cup tray in the compartmen of the seat which was not specified in the instructions...I would definitely update your instruction sheet as it really is a nuisance if things or parts regarding the item is not pointed out correctly & most of all I'm also dissappointed with the screws marked F which kept breaking upon insertion, very fragile & I don't believe the legs with those screws would be stable & I had to buy a new set of screws which made the legs more stable, which took me double the time & effort overall than it should have!!!!!
