I was a heavy smoker but quit 14yrs ago. I tried various NRT therapies but they didn't work for me. So I switched to Nicotinell fruit gum 4mg. I don't like the taste of any other flavour. Then I reduced it to 2mg. However, like a few other reviewers I've noticed, I am addicted to the gum too. So in essence I'm smoke free but not nicotine free. Having trouble purchasing the fruit gum from supermarkets, particularly during lockdown, they say its unavailable. I wonder why this is? Good luck to those trying to quit, you can & will do it with the aid of Nicotinel NRT. For those who need a little encouragement to quit then may I say I believe there's over four thousand chemicals in just one cigarette!!! If you want to give up smoking this is the best product. It's a different flavour from the mint and works well.

Cheaper than supermarkets so I am happy. The products works really well for those who are quiting smoking. But be careful I quit 8 years ago using this product and I am still dependant on this product. So the addiction is still largely there but was replaced by non harmful addiction.
