EAST OAK Smoker Stand for 30" Outdoor Electric Smoker, Portable Stand with Wheels, Weather-resistant Leg Extension Kit, Polar Night

My first purchase appeared to be used. I contacted EastOak company and explained the situation. The customer service representative, Eva, said EastOak would ship me a new one. I received the unit a few days later. I have now own the 30" smoker and the stand. I smoked my first brisket. The smoker temperature was within 1 -3° f. The brisket was perfect. Well worth the money.A very good product, from a very good company, with helpful people. What more can I ask?

I bought my East Oak smoker about a year ago and in my review I said that it needed legs to make it user friendly. I’m glad the company came out with a stand kit to modify this. Stand is well made and easy to assemble.

Easy to set up and install, base is strong and fits perfect On oir smoker.

Went together quickly and easily. Fit well on the smoker. I didn't tighten all the screws until after it was attached to make fitting easier.You remove the leveling feet to install it. There's a slight wobble with the stand. It could be the stand, or it could by the area where I keep the smoker. The stand would be vastly improved if the stand was made to reuse the leveling feet. Other than that, I like the extra height.

I thought that customer service was dead and gone, but I was wrong. The issue that I had was a stripped screw on the top part of the stand which handles most of the weight. Although it may have been fine I was uneasy with it. I contacted customer service and they got back to me the next day. And just about four days later I got a refund which is a pretty good turn around time these days. The customer care rep was very concerned about my issue and stayed with me through out the whole process. Could'nt be happier about the out come. Just ordered my new smoker from East Oak and if I have any issues with it I know that customer service is there for me. Thanks E at East Oak.
