Exactly what I was looking for.
I searched for retaining straps for my Maui Jims and I wanted something light weight and not heavy against my neck. Here in Nevada, the sun shines brightly almost all of the time and I got tired of putting my sunglasses on my head going in and out of places and inevitably, they would fall off onto the ground. So I was looking for something that would keep my sunglasses close and accessible. I'm also an active person. I run, bike, hike and kayak, so the straps also have to keep my glasses close just in case. That "just in case" happened. We were test driving some Kayaks on Lake Tahoe and I got into one that was twitchy. Sure enough, It rolled me right over and dumped me right out. My glasses came off my face. The Tac-Strapz did its job and kept my glasses around my neck and not floating to the bottom of the lake and out of an expensive pair of Mauis. I can't ask for anything more than that. The strap itself is comfortable to wear. I was a little concerned in the beginning that the stiff strap would be uncomfortable. Non-issue.I also contacted the company recently via their website as I had a question regarding their products. Their response was very quick, friendly and professional. To note, I was not given these straps for a review. I paid for these and I would so again! I'm just very happy all the way around.

Fortunately I had an allen wrench set that enabled me ...
I'm giving these a 4 star rating because the retainers came without instructions as to how to make adjustment to the strap so that they would fit properly. It took a bit of time to figure out the process and a few trial clips to get the proper fit. Fortunately I had an allen wrench set that enabled me to loosen the set screws.which may not be the case for all customers. After making the adjustment of the retainer strap, they fit well and flexible cylinders that hold the retainer to the bows are very snug; I'm not concerned that they will come undone and my glasses will fall off at some inopportune time. In this regard they are far superior to another retainer that I recently purchased which had a convenient adjustment system for sizing, but the connector to the bows lost their tension quickly loosing their ability to retain, making them basically worthless. If adjustment instructions and proper sized allen wrench were included from the get go, I would give them a 5 rating.

Good, But . . . . .
These are exactly as the picture shows. Unfortunately, I didn't pay close attention to that. These are rigid. They do not lay on your neck. Instead, they stick straight out in the back. I cannot fault the product for my mistake. But, Had I known I would not have purchased them.

They work!
I'm about to go white water rafting in the wilderness of Alaska, and as I am blind as a bat without my glasses, I was a little worried about losing them. I've never used glass retainers (I didn't even know what you called them) but figured this was what I needed. Let me tell you....when you attach the Tac-Straps to your glasses, they stay attached! They're not going anywhere! I may drown or be eaten by a grizzly but......I will not lose my glasses. And besides....they look really cool!

Doesn't work well on thinner framed glasses
The product fit my Oakley Tin Cans poorly. The package includes the primary cord with attachment sleeve. For sunglasses with thinner frames, the strapz system includes an adapter. Unfortunately, when you include the adapter underneath the primary attachment sleeve, the shape of the frame has beefed up too much and really alters the shape of the sunglasses over the ear. It simply looks silly. The product would be fine for thicker framed glasses.

I like it for work
I do like them. The adjustable strap is cool for work in construction because they'll never fall off. You can adjust it tight to the back of your head. The only thing I didn't like at first is the dense rubbery plastic wire stuff these are made out of kinda stick straight out behind your head so be aware that's the look you want. If you're expecting it to hang down behind your head like the traditional shoe string style ones, it won't.

Tac-Strapz Glasses Retaining System.
Received my order in a very timely fashion.Having used many many brands of glasses retaining systems, being disappointed with all, Mostly with the flimsy method of attachment. My delight on opening the packet! two sets of retaining tubes, different sizes very well made built to last .The retainer is light but very strong.Think I've found what I was looking for. Many thanks for bringing a quality item to market.I wish you all the best with your venture.

Returning because the back of strap is not flexible; sticks straight out
Pro: product is well made and I think will hold up well. Grips are well made to hold onto arms of glasses.Cons: very stiff and once tightened sticks straight out. Not good for females with hair because if you wear over top, then you can't put eyeglass arms under hair; if you wear under hair, it literally holds all of your hair up off your neck. I can't imagine even wearing these with a hat much less a helmet. If it was flexible and would lay down on the back of your neck it would be ok.
