Great tasting gummy, that is effective!

I've gone through 3 other berberine supplements before hitting on this one. The prices ranged from $9 to over $30. These are by far the best for me. One month later and these are still doing well for me. Just had blood work done and A1c is 5.7 my appetite is almost non existent. To find the best one for you, you need to give each supplement at least 30 days to get the full effect! Well, these have worked best for me and the price is unbelievable. Don't let the low price fool you. These are great and definitely worth a try.

I can't say they worked and I can't say it didn't work. I do know that I'm not that fond of gummies as I thought I would be but the texture was ok. They didn't taste bad. I felt ok while taking them. I'm now trying another brand to help lower my BP. I'm not on them for weight loss and I know for sure that I haven't lost weight from taking these gummies It did not suppress my appetite as far as I could tell but I also was drinking apple cider vinegar along with it and that suppressed my appetite when taken together. The ingredients were good nothing bad. That's all I have to say about them.

These gummies are good. As I'm getting older I find that capsules are hard to swallow so I try to get gummies when possible. With other gummy supplements, I find that they sometimes don't keep their texture or are hard to chew. These have kept their texture and have a pleasant taste.

The best thing about these are that they can be taken at any time. So many others are restricted to with or after a meal which can sometimes be difficult to remember. Also they have a great taste

Definitely a good product, took about a week to notice color return to urine. Fatigue slowly going away, the metelyn blue jump started the fatigue reduction but can reduce/eliminate on some days.

I've been using it a couple months and my A1c went down eating fairly normally for me, though I'm not big on sugar anyway, I do have it in moderation sometimes. I like peanut butter cookies, Starbucks mocha frappacino (no added sugar) a couple times a week. I'm happy. I can have those and A1c still went down.
