I use laptop very often during the day and often suffer from pain in my neck, so I bought this heating pad to help me relieve the pain. The heat retention duration is long and make me feel warm. The quality of the heating pad is good, made of soft materials. I can easliy change the heating temperature and duration, which makes me feel safe and easy to use. It is quite flexible, I can use it around my neck and also use around my back. I have only used for a relatively short time, so can't commnet on the durability at the moment. Hope it can last for long.

It was long due thing , i was thinking to buy for my winter times. Neck and shoulders pain in winters and after gym , and it soothing to have this warm cover in the night. I recommend 100%

It’s an excellent shoulder warmer which can be used for other areas like the stomach, legs etc. the quality of the cloth is really soft and good for the skin. It can be washed and dries quite quickly as well. Really like the quality of the item and I am hoping to get another one for my parents.

I ordered this for my son who was working long hours and coming home with back and neck pain most days he didn’t have to say anything it was obviouswe had a small heat pad but it wasn’t very efficient so I actually went on Amazon to get another on when I saw these and I have to say it exceeds all expectations. It heats really quickly and has enough heat settings to find the one that suits you. If you are wondering if it’s any good then believe me it is fantastic and does neck and back at the same time. To the vendor thank you delivery was prompt and packaged well and I think for the price it is excellent value for money

The article is not as described with an easy way to set temperature and time. The control unit looks different and I could only manage to turn it off and on - and even that was only reliable if I pulled the plug. I have sent it back. I think it is downright dangerous.

It's good if you have upper back or neck pain. Doesn't really reach shoulders. Overall ok as feels nice to wear
