I did have to start slow with one a day, but now take one twice a day with no stomach upset. Seem to be working well.

I have used many different brands of probiotics over the years I settled on the Renew life brand for about 3years but lately it's getting harder to harder to get so while searching Amazon I found this and wow!! This is way more powerful. The belly furnace is turned all the way up. The price is lower than my old brand and with Amazon's Prime service it came to the quickly. Great product and service.

This product seemed to work fine. I have no complaints.

Medical history of peritonitis and 50% of colon removal. I ordered it after I had bloating and pain for 2 months. Prescribed pills didn't help at all. And I decided to try probiotics from a local store. It did not help much.I decided to try this 200 billion capsules. First 3 days I've used in a double dosage (morning and evening), and bloating become better within 3 days. Now I am taking it as recommended and have no bloating anymore. Ordered one more bottle.
