Is this truly water resistant? I had one that would hardly come off even under the shower. I'm looking for a similar one. Is this one that good?

This one is water resistant but I have to use makeup remover to get it off totally. It does not come off easily with soap and water.

does this transfer onto your under eye concealer?

It doesn’t for me (as long as I don’t rub my eye)!

Does this come see off in little tubes?

If you mean does the mascara come off your lashes like little tubes when removing, that's a different kind. This one dissolves like a powder, though the water resistance means it needs a bit of a soak before it starts to come off.

Very happy, brilliant product

This has become my new favourite mascara. Genuinely lengthens and doesn't clump. I used to be a dedicated fan of maxfactor clump defy but when they stopped doing it in waterproof I was really disappointed. Now I'm really glad to have foun this one, and for a much better price! Thank you :-)
