These requests for a rating always come too soon. How could I possibly be truthful if I haven’t given it some time to experience? Akkermansia completes my microbiome program as recommended by my NP doctor. Of course she didn’t expect it to come from a supplement but my diet. I thought I’d get a jump & give this a try as well. Not sure if I received a placebo effect or what? I experienced enhanced effects from my personalized probiotics that I’ve been taking for 3 months, with a greater impact on energy, mood, digestion and overall effectiveness. Only been 3 days tho. Hopefully it’s not in my head, however everyday is a different experience as I make my way through this new type of healing journey that is ALIVE as well 🤞.. I say definitely give it a go!

I felt too many side effects.

My immunologist stated that if she could she would make sure each off her patients took two excellent supplements, one being TUDCA the other, Akkermansia. We have been using both for a few months now, and have noted great improvements to our gut health.
