Our candles require 2 'C' batteries (not included). Use high-quality alkaline batteries for optimal performance of 800-hour run time. Our candles run for longer periods with fewer battery changes, making them a cost-effective choice for your home.

Q: Will the new 10 key remote work with my other Simply Collected Candles?

The 10 key remote will turn ALL Simply Collected Candles ON/OFF. The additional features such as TIMER, FLICKER and BRIGHT will currently only work with the Columned and Ribbed Candles.

Q: I am experiencing issues with the auto-timer. Can you help?

Sure! You can often resolve this by fully removing and reinserting the batteries from your candle(s). If you still experience issues after that, please get in touch so we can learn about your home and provide specific solutions.

Q: Why does the remote only work within 5 feet? (with Honey and Rose candles)

The remote uses IR signals to communicate and the darker the color of the candle, the weaker the signal. This beautiful Rose or Honey candle can be used with the auto timer or you can connect our candles to your smart home system.
