Does the job, not the best quality tho so it might genuinely rip off your hands if the weight you're lifting is too heavy For the price I'll let a few slide

You get what you pay for. I use them exclusively for deadlifts and the synthetic material is a bit annoying. Between grip, give, how easy they are to get the right tightness, and the way the padding interacts with your wrist. They are just a bit worse than fully cotton straps. I got them for the color and because they were a bit cheaper, but at the end of the day, it's worth it to get some higher quality straps. I start using them when I get up to about 385lbs (~175kg) so if you are using less weight then maybe your experience will differ. Using them for other exercises that pull less weight might affect the give and make them more solid/effective (when I say give I mean after you tighten them around the bar as much as you can they give a little more space than they should when you start pulling that forces you to use more grip than you want to), but since they are smoother and slipperier they add a bit of time to the setup that might annoy you if you use them for your whole workout. If I didn't address your concern specifically, don't bother looking further and researching more like I did... just to end up back with these because you figure it won't be a problem for you. You can put up with them but save yourself the little headache everyday and just spend 5 bucks more.

I'm still sort of more beginner in the gym. Been working out about a year. But my deadlifts and RDL's are getting too heavy for my grip. My wrists and forearms give out before the rest of my body. So, these have worked really well while doing deadlifts or RDL's so that i can go heavier for longer. Simple to use once you get the hang of them, and helpful for progressing
