This fire was purchased for a media wall. I have only used the fire effect at the moment due to the weather. The look and fitment are excellent and would recommend it.

Do not buy , pictures of the flame effect are not as posted . Amazon not interested in offering a discount only allowing me to return and leave holes in my wall where fire was fitted to . Also cost of fitting and taking off the wall loss .

Ok for the money, fire effect is not like picture shown , manufacture sent me a replacement out as first one ordered had a fault on it , we will see how that one goes, to sum up if you are on a budget it looks nice but could be better.

Ok, I have only had this wall mount fireplace for about a month. First one that arrived only half the flames worked. I sent it back for an exchange. They were quick to respond and resend. I chose not to recess into the wall, but mount it and frame around it. I think it turned out great. But I am amazed by the heat output. This unit is in my master bedroom. This room can be cold due to the fact it’s the furthest from the furnace. Room is approximately 800 square feet. Heats the entire room up! The aesthetics are awesome as well. Many colors, speeds of flame, brightness, timer, and temperature control. For the price you can’t beat it. Hope it lasts a few years. And it is decently quiet. I will have it on for an hour as I fall asleep. 👍🏻

Easy to install . Heat put out is amazing along with the many different flame controls and colors . Very pleased with over all product . Definitely will be purchasing more for other rooms in our home .

This product is not as advertised- it does NOT hook up with your Alexa or smart home app. The fireplace was also not as easy to set up with the app as it could have been- the instructions were unclear but after about 15 mins I managed to figure out set up- but spent probably another hour attempting Alexa connection with no luck. The dimensions listed in this listing were off versus the actual product- so when it took almost 2 weeks to arrive- we had already built the frame and expected the numbers to be accurate . I will say it looks decent for an electric fireplace- but we will be returning for the sole fact I wanted to integrate this with my smart home easily, versus using ANOTHER app, yet again. Totally fine product if you get accurate dimensions & are fine with app/remote/ manual use.
