Even if I ignore the quality of metal/tin material, but for any antique item external finish/paint quality should look good. This looks poorly hand painted with marks on paint body . Machine paint would have looked good if properly done.

To be honest don't invest your money on the product as it is of cheap quality,paint is not impressive and not giving it a good look, light weighted. Not value for money.
