Brilliant - Doesn't affect ketosis
Great for freshening the breath without affecting keytones. I used it whilst fasting to stave off bad breath. I found putting a few drops in my bottle of water was refreshing and effective aswell as putting it directly on my tongue.

Breath-freshener for fasting
Bought them for breath freshening whilst intermittent fasting. Not a pleasant taste, quite potent! However doesn't last as long on the breath as I hoped, need to top up every 30-60 minutes.

Amazing! Just a drop makes your mouth hyper fresh and strongly minty without sweetness. No more keto breath for me when fasting or out and about!

Bloody hell! Do not use too much or you'll be crippled from the minty freshness, also, don't rub your eyes after you've used it, made that mistake!!But it does what it says on the tin, makes your breath insanely minty!Love them!

Way too strong to palate! Leaves a bitter taste too. Currently using it to freshen my sink drain!

Well named! You don't need much, really refreshes. I have decanted some into an even tinier bottle for my handbag. The oil is also usefulto rub on your temples if you have a headache. This bottlewill last for ages
