So happy about this purchase. It was definitely a splurge. My husband broke the old one we had and I wasn't going to replace it since it's easy enough to make pancakes. But my daughter loved the mini-donuts she used to make so I found this version. I'm not a huge fan of the mini cupcakes, but the waffle and donut plates are awesome! And they are super easy to take in and out. Plus, it makes cleaning a lot easier than the version with the plates that stayed in.

You’ll absolutely use it everyday even. Love to make gluten-free mini waffles, pumpkin mini donuts. Perfect for portion control without giving up a healthy morning breakfast. I like that Dash now make these with washable trays so that you do not have to risk submerging to fully clean the appliance. However the machine I got the trays aren't quite firmly clicking into place there is some wiggle room play in the top one so that hey don't line up perfectly. I tried it out it with a traditional waffles recipe with folded in peaked egg whites, If I had followed the recommendation and put the thicker batter in a Ziploc bag with the corner cut out to pipe it onto the mini forms they would have been perfect. I just spooned batter on,they came out delicious perfect amount of crunch on the outside versus moist and fluffy on the inside when removing the waffle just as light on the machine went off. The thick globs of batter resulted in the mini waffles merging together and looking like one giant flower waffle which I thought was kind of cool. FYI it says you put can put trays in the dishwasher but it does note on the care instructions that hand washing them will make the non-stick finish last longer so these are basically hand wash. I like the compact size it's actually not much bigger than the little mini waffle maker without removable tray made by Dash that I've had and used frequently for a couple years now . I like that the cord length is a little longer which is more functional than the mini Dash. One thing that does not make this five stars is that the trays don't line up with each other perfectly and Dash created no way to store all six trays in or under the unit . Storing them loose seems like the perfect way to scratch up the non stick.

Have enjoyed making donuts and waffles. I would purchase another.

I love this thing! We had a dedicated mini muffin maker, but this blows it out of the water. The interchangeable plates make clean up a breeze in comparison! Those plates all mean that space wise I’m saving a ton, and not need to have bulky machines for each type of treat I want to make. Cooking is pretty even and consistent on the plates. And price wise, you get for 3 for the price of 1, can’t complain there at all. Note: the off gassing at first use does smell a bit, but after that, no issues in using at all. Just make sure to spend a little extra time for that first use while it off gasses

How quick and easy was this to use and clean up! This cooking device will be my daughter’s go to for breakfast. My granddaughter was excited to make donuts and share with a friend.

I bought this even though the temperature isn't adjustable. Luckily this works fairly well. The heating isn't super even but everything gets cooked enough and not too much. I have used the waffle recipe it came with and added mini chocolate chips. The kids love them! I used the donut recipe and it was okay, but the kids liked them. Then I used a chocolate cake mix and slightly decreased the oil and water to make the batter thicker. I used the muffin one and it made 90 mini cupcakes! It only took 2 minutes to cook each batch.
