I've only used it for one week (7 days exactly), but I'm already beginning to see and feel the immediate benefits. Within the first day of taking this product, I felt more energized, and now I actually feel more focused throughout the day. My bloating has decreased significantly as well. Yes, the taste is initially JARRING, but, like everyone else here is saying, you can mix it with juice, which helps dampen the taste. I personally take it solo and then drink something afterwards. the texture is thin, ease to take, does have a bitter taste. it didnt upset my stomach. I did not have any stickiness for the soursop bitters. I just took the 2tbs after my meal. It does dissolves easliy in your beverage, but it will make your drink bitter.

taste is not ok but health wise, it’s a go getter. really good. i’m so used to drinking old tradition real herbs and so maybe that’s why i can drink it even if it taste yucky but for health purpose, it really works. thank you.

I was very surprised from the first day I began taking the soursop, it delivered. If you're looking for something to jumpstart your day cleans, you're good and continuously cleanse you're good. Keep down blowing this. Is it along with all of the other properties that's within it, my first day. Was an incredible detox very very mild cramp. It was like 1 mile cramp and then everything was over but it might work differently on different people. Some people might not experience cramps, but in my case very sensitive stomach I did experience cramps and this is my fifth day on it and it is still the same. I get 1 mile cramp and it sends me. I didn't notice a suppression in my appetite. The taste is horrific. It's truly disgusting but the 2 tablespoons that you take and the way that your body responds. I'll do it. I do mix mine with pineapple juice or grape juice. you definitely would like to mix it with something strong or you could take it by itself. I did the 2 tablespoons by itself yesterday and you're gonna get the same effect.

I love the herb to me it’s not the best tasting but it gets the inflammation out of you body and deflate you gut. I’m so glad that I tried it and I will recommend it for anyone that wants to deflate or clean their system. I loved it so much. I gifted my brother a bottle.
