Well insulated!
These boots are well insulated, waterproof, and fit well. Comfortable to stand in for a long time out in nasty cold weather. They look cute on too. My only caution would be to someone with wide feet. They are a bit tough to get on, as they have no side zipper. I have narrow feet so it’s not a huge problem for me as it would be for someone with wider feet. I love them though, and suit my purpose perfectly.

LOVE THESE
These boots surprised me; I absolutely love them! Warm, comfy, durable (so far). I live in WI and these are like parkas for your feet! My only complaint is that they can be slippery; the traction doesn’t seem to be the best but I’m still giving them 5-stars because they’re my favorite this year. I also have narrow feet (size 5.5, which I ordered and they fit perfectly) so I have not had any issues with getting them on. They seem like a wider version of a Chelsea boot ankle.

I really like them, but there is one major caveat…
Once I found these shoes online, I found exactly what I was looking for in a snow boot. I already knew from buying other Columbia shoes that my correct size was a 10.5 wide. So I proceeded to read many of the other reviews here. Like many other women, I have trouble getting into boots like this because the opening simply does not accommodate my feet. I don’t know if it’s the size, or the width, or a combination of the two, but it’s always been an issue. Many of the reviews I read here noted the same issue. But I saw that some of those reviewers had purchased wide, and some of those reviewers had purchased medium. Since I already knew that the 10.5 wide was going to fit me, I decided to give it a shot and see what would happen. Once on, they fit beautifully and are very comfortable. I’m sure that they will keep my feet warm as I drive to work and walk from the parking lot into my job, and the traction is excellent. Plus, I wanted something in winter white this year instead of the usual black. So I got everything I wanted, and they fit is perfect, however, there is one caveat… Bottom line is, there’s absolutely no getting these boots on me without a shoe horn. However, I cannot sit and do it, nor can I bend over or squat to get them on either. I’m simply too heavy and too arthritic for that. So I must be standing. Therefore, everything depends upon the shoehorn that I use, and I want to be specific about WHICH one I have: https://a.co/d/4pAZBJO I have one of these shoe horns both at work and at home, so it will not be an issue putting these boots on in either spot. And I have tried taking them off using just the toe of my other foot, and there was no issue there as well. This is a pain in the butt to be sure, but made far easier by being able to stand up straight through the whole process because of this shoehorn. These boots fit so nicely and they look good and they’re warm, and I’ve decided to keep them based on everything else that’s positive. So, if you are like me, older, heavy, bad back and aching joints, with wide, large feet, you should consider getting one of these very long shoehorns to put these kinds of shoes and boots on. A short one will not work because then you’ll have to bend over - or worse, sit - and that defeats the purpose of this longer one, which has been made to help the elderly and those of us who simply can’t twist and bend all that well. 31+ inches in length, please don’t imagine this will work if you get the 23 inch or shorter. And I am also making sure you realize that I’ve used this shoehorn for many different pairs of shoes, not just boots like this that are difficult to get on. So I’d have to say that if they weren’t cute, and so incredibly comfortable, and warm, and really good traction… I would not be keeping them. The fact that I have the shoehorn and can work with these boots because of it, that was the final deciding factor for not returning them. Hopefully this review may help you make up your mind about these adorable comfy boots, or, purchase one of these excellent shoehorns for other shoe issues you may be having!

Strongly recommend
Very light, warm and comfortable. I usually wear 7.5 to 8, and I bought 8 wide because sometimes I wear 2 pairs of socks when it’s super cold. Easy to put on and off. I’m very happy with these boots.

With no zipper might need to go up in size
I love them and they are so comfortable. The only thing is getting them on is a challenge! So I had to exchange for a larger size. It’s the opening with no zipper and sliding the foot in makes it a challenge. But very nice boot and traction is great!

Runs small.
Too small around the ankles. Impossible to get on with it being so small and you cannot make it wider. Don't know if the foot of the boot would even fit. Unless you have a very small foot, most women would not be able to use these. Disappointed.

It’s light weight and warm.. love that the treads are deep, so it won’t be slippery at all. I find that it’s worth the money. The low ankle is cute.

Very stylish ankle snow boots they look and feel great, a bit snug getting heel in would be the only negative but definitely worth it. 😊
