This is an excellent product. It softens skin (especially feet) almost instantly. But most of all the form of application is perfection. 40% urea cream is like toothpaste. It's gross and uncomfortable to put on. But as a solid roll-on. its perfect.

I’ve used a number of urea creams and lotion before, but only at 10%, notably I’ve tried the Shiseido and Eucerin that is made in Europe, too, which are non-fragrance.Anyways, when my hands got extra dry and rough from chemicals and dishwashing this winter, I decided to try this urea cream since I’m out of my typical hand cream (it qualified for overnight shipping with my other Amazon purchases.) It worked pretty well, after just about 4 days, my dry hands were way less rough and a bit softer. The cream isn’t as thick or has that weird texture like okeefe, it’s like a more lighter version of loccitane that absorbs in about 2-3mins, relatively quickly. That said, it has a pretty strong fragrance that surprised me because another review mentioned it was fragrance-free. I’m not sure if there’s a difference between the urea-only version and the urea + SA version, but mine definitely has a fragrance. If you’re sensitive to smells, this might not be for you. The price is reasonable, and a little goes a long way, so it feels like a decent value. Worth to mention that this product is made in China, which might matter to some people. Overall, if you need something strong for dry, cracked skin and don’t mind the fragrance, it’s worth a shot.

I like this product for moisturizing and reducing callouses on my feet. I especially like the ease of dispensing from this container. It has the same ingredients that were recommended by my dermatologist.

Worked on my husband’s extremely dry and cracked heals almost immediately.

This stuff is the real deal, two nights of applications and my feet are so smooth and moisturized!!! make sure to open it and use it gently so it doesn't crack and mess, love this stuff, my new holy grail, i definitely got my money's worth, will be repurchasing, it smells like nothing too which i like
