I got this product today and tried it out for the first time. My usual nightly routine is to remove my makeup with coconut oil, wash my face with a bar soap, apply toner, serum, and night cream. Eye makeup was always a bit tricky to remove, and I often had to use makeup remover wipes to get rid of the stubborn stuff. But this balm is amazing! It not only felt great on my skin, but it completely removed all my makeup, including mascara and eyeliner. My face felt super clean and fresh, and it was a breeze to remove my makeup. I’m a big fan of Olay products, and I’ve been using their moisturizer for years. This is just another great addition to my collection.

First of all, I do like that it's fragrance free. I wish all facial products were. So kudos for that! I'm just not sure if I like this type of makeup remover. Takes some getting used to maybe. It does feel nice on the skin and it does seem gentle. So I really like that. I think I'll like it more over time and using it more often.

I have very sensitive skin, wear SPF and makeup everyday, and am maturing in age. My skin doesn’t always react well to everything I use. I love Olay and decided to try this cleansing balm. I really like it. It’s fragrance free, gentle, and melts with the warmth of your skin. It cleans everything off easily, and washes off beautifully. Leaves my skin feeling very soft and very clean. Highly recommend.

This is the best remover . I have dry skin and wear a full face of makeup including brows and mascara etc . This not only takes everything off it’s gentle and leaves my skin feeling soft . I will never be without it !

This product is old. The oil in it is rancid and smells very bad. Very disappointed in this product. I am going to TRY to send it back.

I have very sensitive eye lids and this product was suppose to wash makeup off in one wash but it took two and you have to rub your eye lashes.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this product takes off makeup, especially mascara.
