Wall flatness adaption is great!
I bought for two reasons. The sleek looks and the feature to adapt to an uneven wall (have not invested in a screen thus far). Overall it has been a great product in my first year of use. Great visuals and also surprisingly good speakers for the size. Only thing I wish it had was an IR receiver so I could utilize a third party remote for a very particular AppleTV need (volume).

BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK! JUST BUY IT!
I was so excited to try this and and WOW ITS AMAZING!! The display quality is truly incredible and brightness is excellent. It has a nice frame technology where it transitions super smooth refresh rate and it beats any of my 4K tvโs!! I paired it with the 123โ Akia CLR4 screens and it honestly looks like an OLED quality. Everything from shows to movies to the Super Bowl I was very impressed with. We have it a foot away from the wall on a low profile table and itโs perfect for the basement, very quiet you only hear it if you have the tv on mute but even then itโs like a light laptop fan sound, and the built in speakers are actually very impressive. It starts up within 10 seconds or so which is super quick and the software is very nice. Even came with the smart dongle for free to use Netflix with and all or you can take it on the go for another device! Thereโs just too many good things to say about this product, for $1999 you canโt find a better deal and bang for the buck. I wouldnโt suggest spending more than that until the prices of these short throw projectors come down. I am sure this will last MANY years. I love it!! Itโs so easy to setupโฆ just one cord and thatโs it! It also looks very professional and kind of like a MacBook, itโs got a solid built to it with enough ventilation and itโs never even gotten warm after many hours of using it. Love it! I was very skeptical at first but after I researched for weeks in depth this was the best one of the price! It went down from $2499 to $1999 and they even honored a credit because of price change within 30 days and it has a 2 year warranty which is great!

Picture and sound qualities are excellent
Iโm a big fan of XGIMI projectors, having used them for a long time. Recently, I purchased the XGIMI AURA 2 short-throw projector, one of their latest releases this year. I absolutely love it! The picture and sound quality are outstanding, making it perfect for a home theater, bedroom, or living room setup. One of the standout features is the built-in Harman/Kardon sound system, which eliminates the need for an additional soundbar. The new Dual Light 2.0 technology and IMAX Enhanced certification take the viewing experience to the next level, setting this projector apart from the competition. It also comes loaded with convenient features like auto keystone correction, auto focus, wall color adaptation, an eye comfort mode, 3D support, and more. These enhancements make using this projector a truly enjoyable experience. The design and build quality are also impressive, featuring a protective on/off shutter for the lens. This thoughtful addition not only enhances durability but also adds to its sleek design. I highly recommend the XGIMI AURA 2. Itโs a fantastic investment, and Iโm confident youโll love it as much as I do!

This is my most favorite gadget
After finishing my basement to be a movie theater/kid cave with the intention of installing a ceiling mounted projector, the idea of using an ultra short throw peeked my interest and I started looking for the right one. This one caught my attention for a few reasons, not only price. Built-in Google TV means we don't have to supply another device for access to the streaming content. The built-in soundbar means we don't have to wire up an external sound system. I put some faith into the other reviews of the device and purchased it during a sale. I was not disappointed. The brightness is great and the picture is visible even when all the ceiling lights are on. I am using a high quality projector screen. Of course it's best when the room is darkened but that is not a surprise for any display type. The resolution is phenomenal on our 108" projected surface. 4K HDR content looks as crystal clear as I'd expect from any display. The Harmon Kardon soundbar is the crowning achievement. When watching a big movie with big sound at high volume the entire house can enjoy the movie with me ๐. It's able to simulate immersive sound better than any other audio system I've had to date. The only negative I can point to is not really XGIMI's fault. Netflix has not certified the device so you cannot play content with the official Netflix app from the Play Store and have to use a side loaded version that emulates web playback in order to access Netflix content which is less than perfect.

Best projector out rn for a decent price
It is a nice buy, i had to exchange my first one and get another because the sound started arching like it bust without me ever turning the volume up to loud. The second one also did the same thing, I ended up getting 100 from the people and buying a soundbar for the price it shouldn't be messing up at all. Projector with the soundbar is nice.

Great Picture and Sound
Bought this UST to replace a Benq ST projector that was getting pretty old. I first bought a JMGO01 and I really wanted to like that projector due to the price, form factor and sound, but the picture was really dim looking and after a couple of weeks, I sent it back. The Hookup on YouTube did a head to head review of USTs and compared them to other projectors in the same price range. The XGIMI Aura and the NexiGo Aurora PJ90 came out looking good for the price range, with the XGIMI rated a little higher but the Hookup's recommendation was for the Nexigo as it's price was a little cheaper. Price as tested was XGIMI $2,500 and Nexigo $2,100. When I bought though the XGIMI had come down in price to be at about the same price point as the Nexigo so I chose XGIMI. Two things I don't like about the XGIMI: 1. It is big, 23.8 x 15.7 x 5.4 inches vs. Nexigo's 17.76 x 13.05 x 3.92 inches. 2. It's heavy at 40.8 lbs vs. Nexigo's 22 lbs. The picture is beautiful, even in a dimly lit room. I have it projecting on a textured gray wall that is a little wavy. While watching a movie or something, I don't notice it at all, probably because I am transfixed looking at closeups of the actors and the pores in their skin. I do notice the waves when I am at the Home Screen. Speaking of screens, if I invested in a good projection screen, the waves and the bumps would go away but they would have to get a lot worse for me to do that.

Not Perfect ๐คจ
The top left won't align right. It's bent skewed. It took forever trying to scan the QR code to access the feature. Why do I need to hook up to wifi and Google to set this projector. They're all doing it as a backdoor data grab. ๐ก Wall adaptation thing needs to be able to be done without hooking up to the internet and needs improvement. Kept taking photo after photo to get it right. Gave up as it can't seem to give a straight keystone. And be careful not to tap 4pt or 8pt because it will reset the whole keystone and you will have to use wall adaptation mode. Makes 4pt and 8pt feature useless. I'm upset because I spent so much money on this and really was expecting a high end product for the cost only to be short changed. Do I send it back for an exchange? Will the other one be just as bad? Maybe. From my experience from exchanging the other projectors yeah. I really like the brightness level. I fired it up during daylight with the blinds slightly opened and wow a clear colorful picture that wasn't washed out. Went through all the picture modes and adjustments and there's plenty to keep you busy. The picture with Imax capability Dolby Atmos sound. It looks good. ๐ The sound is pretty good could just use a little more bass but yeah I can watch whatever without needing a soundbar. But I had to hook up my Bose soundbar via optical for that home theater sound ... but then I get cuts. It's cutting in n out. wtf. ๐ I check and reconnect and hope it doesn't clip but it does. ๐ The look of this machine is slick and sophisticated. What is it people ask. It just looks cool. Is it a fancy air purifier or stereo? A computer? ... no one knows till I turn it on and the magic door opens slow n smooth. Boom a bright light appears with a menu. It all looks fantastic... until you see the wrinkly messed up top left corner. ๐คซ Hurumf I say. Why couldn't this just be right like I've seen in the countless review videos I watched before pulling the trigger. ๐ข UPDATE: Customer support contacted me and says its my wall. My wall? All my other projectors work fine and flat on that wall. Even got an ALR screen and it still cannot give me a flat smooth rectangular image. The wall adaptation option should be just that an option but it's not. It's pretty much the only thing you can use to try and get this projecting flat. I also moved it to another wall and used a different screen. Maybe I got a dud. Most of what I watch is in letterbox so it doesn't bother me that bad but in this price range there should be zero issues. Cool projector good picture n sound but mine has keystoning issues.

Great performance, friendly customer service
The projector exceeds expectations, offering excellent 4K and 3D picture quality. I contacted warranty support after my projector suffered from a green tint. They were GREAT! After just a couple of days, I received a label to ship my unit back as part of a warranty replacement. Stella, the representative I contacted, was both friendly and helpful. The projector guides you through setup. The keystone adjustment removed all issues with projector placement. Focus was spot on. It opens with an Android interface that connects to all your favorite online sources. I also use a receiver that connects a BD/4K/3D player, a Windows PC, and an ancillary Android device. I have not yet explored using eARC, which will simplify use when I configure it.
