Great phone, but don't get it outside its intended region...
This is undeniably a great phone, but beware...Samsung refuses to fix any problems with it, cracked screen for example, if you are not in the region where is was intended for release.For example, I bought one, my son cracked the screen, and Samsung refuses to fix it (Not within warranty of course, it was self-inflicted), because it wasn't released by them in the EU.Something which I find rather silly as they are a global company, and if they aren't going to release their flagship phone's best version in a major country like the UK, of course people will still get it, and they should be prepared to fix it.So, in conclusion, great phone, but I am never buying a Samsung device again thanks to their terrible customer service.
