Are the wires solid copper or just copper coated aluminum?

If these are the same as the ones that I've purchased, the wires are copper coated aluminum... And also even tho they claim to be weather proof down to -40° degrees below 0 they are not very pliable at all and very hard to roll up in extreme weather...

how can I get an used jumpeer cable?

I would buy quality jumper cables at an automotive store or a farm supply store. These on Amazon, I had insulation split and copper strands coming out of cable, not cool! Electrical and plumbing items are not things to buy cheap stuff, spend for quality, and be safe! Want good used ones? Stop at a good garage sale and look them over good if you find some.
