Unflavoured, easy to mix
This plant protein powder mixes well in a shaker. It is unflavoured, definitely not flavourless - as it has a pea taste to it; that’s why one might want to add to a smoothie. I don’t mind the flavour, actually better than overly sweet fake flavours. Ingredient list looks good. No side effects observed.

Mixes easily, even with a spoon! :)
I've found this GN Vegan Protein Powder has been a fantastic addition to my daily routine. I love how simple and clean the ingredients are, with no artificial flavourings or preservatives, which makes it super versatile. Since it's unflavoured, I can mix it into just about anything; smoothies, shakes, even oatmeal without affecting the taste. It mixes very easily and doesn’t leave any weird aftertaste, which I’ve experienced with other protein powders. Plus, with 24 grams of plant based protein per serving and less than 120 calories, it’s perfect for supporting my fitness goals without any unnecessary extras. What stands out the most is how easy it is to digest compared to other protein powders I’ve tried. The fact that it’s gluten free, non GMO, and packed with essential amino acids makes it a great choice for anyone looking for a clean, plant based option. It’s been great for muscle recovery after workouts, and knowing it’s environmentally friendly adds to the appeal for me. If you're looking for a straightforward, high quality vegan protein powder, I highly recommend giving this one a try.Top marks from me!

Not for smoothies!!!
The product description says "unflavoured", that is not the same as "flavourless"!This powder has a very strong taste of peas, which is not unpleasant as such, but does not go well with vanilla and bananas, which I found out the first time I used it! :-(It is also fairly coarse, as in gritty. However, if you want protein powder to bake into things such as brownies, this is ideal.

Good, fine powder but quickly becomes sludgy: use half a scoop instead
Firstly, I was pleased to see that a scoop was included. However, it had been rammed way down in the middle of the packet and if I thought it was a devil to extract it, it was even moreso to get off the huge amount of fine powder which clung to it. In the end, I washed away a fair bit after scraping off as much as possible. Could the scoop not have been put in a bag at the top, or made more easily accessible at the very least? The powder itself is nice and fine and I was pleased to see that there was no pea taste to speak of. It is not quite neutral as there is a hint of pea to the smell and less so to the taste. However, I liked it so much that I have also added it to coffee and even to a high protein bread that I baked yesterday. The texture was lovely, good crust and easy to slice. The scoop is HUGE. If you a full scoop as advised, even in the requisite amount of water, and even after stirring thoroughly, there will be a thick sludge remaining at the bottom of the glass (or cup), and even on the sides, requiring you to add more water and swirl repeatedly unless you want this to go to waste. I recommend using half a scoop instead: it is just as filling and leaves far less "sludge".I did get a very mild headache afterwards, which went away after taking some allergy medication and a painkiller. I'll be monitoring this reaction to see whether it can be directly attributed to the powder.

Good vegan option
I mix this with smoothies, and cannot detect any taste. It dissolves easily, I find, but then I use a high speed blender. I have previously always used protein powder from mixed plant sources, but there might be benefits to having a single source, and this contains no soy, so might be good for people with intolerances or allergies.I like that it's unflavoured, as I am never keen on the flavours they add, and don't think them necessary. It's better to add your own. If you use this with water, and you want flavour, you can always add fruit or lemon juice, or a cordial. This is a Vine Voice review, but that has not changed my opinion and I only review items I would buy.You can see my rating system on my public profile under my bio, as I don't want to add it to every review.

Strong unpleasant pea taste, would be better mixed into flavourful food and drinks
This is fairly great value, and includes a scoop as well which is very useful. The powder is very finely milled and has a yellowish colour and pea smell. I blended it with ice and oat milk to create a shake, however even after being blended, it doesn’t fully dissolve. There is a heavy gritty and grainy texture, and it really does taste like ground up peas. Even the sweetness of the oat milk couldn’t counteract the strong taste. It’s not very unflavoured, but makes sense since it’s pea protein. This is not a fault of the protein, I just prefer the non-vegan protein powders. This is Great for vegans, but I personally can’t stomach the taste straight up, but would prefer putting this in food and/or flavoured drinks like veggie smoothies or juices.

For something flavourless this sure tastes pretty grim. Has a definite off / sicky taste and a gritty texture, very disappointing compared to name brands

Vegan Protein Dream
I am a vegan and I love to experiment with baking. Everything from pancakes to homemade burgers. My dogs enjoy helping me eat my experiments too and I've noticed when I use ingredients, such as pea protein, they seem to think they are 'meaty' and gobble them up just as enthusiastically as their standard treats. You can get some amazing, 'beyond' belief ready-made burgers these days in supermarkets but it's still fun to make your own. Plus you know what's inside them! If you look at the ingredients list for the better tasting burgers you will see that the number one ingredient (after water) is always pea protein. It's magical stuff! You can also put this protein powder in smoothies, especially a nice baby spinach green smoothie. It's not an overpowering flavour. I'm not a gym bunny myself but this protein powder would be excellent for vegan gymgoers. Five out of five stars from me.
