Durability and quality
Works as advertised for exercise and strength building. I use it to strengthen the muscles around my kneecap area and for my upper arm chest area via ball compression exercises. Quality ball, very durable.

Very easy to inflate even when you have COPD.
This is a great ball. The ball came with a hand pump and also two straws to inflate it. The pump didn't work very well for me so I decided to try the straw. I have COPD so I didn't think the straw would work. Boy, was I wrong. I was able to inflate it in less than 15 seconds. The ball came with the hand pump, the two straws, two plugs and a tool to remove the plug.

Does what balls do, bounce. It does deflate a bit after you set the plug in. It stops and sets in place proper.
