Excellent product
Worthy product if you are looking to grill two large loaves of sandwiches at a time. While the coating is really of good quality , the overall product is too good for it's marketing and brand

Not expected this from Wipro!
Ordered 3 times, came damaged always. Very cheap quality material is used. Not expected from brand like Wipro, not worth the money. Poor design and manufacturing.

Acceptable quality, one jumbo size bread sandwich, non toxic plates with toxic spatula
Product quality could have been better, only two regular size bread sandwich can be made at a time, and only one jumbo size bread sandwich (not two as written in details). Plate width 25 cm x 17.5cm. They provided plastic spatula instead they should have provided wooden as we are preferring nontoxic material.

USELESS
The product is absolutely useless! Even after getting a replacement, it doesn’t work. It doesn’t grill or toast my breads at all, I’d rather do it on the stove. The customer support team is equally useless as they’ve not responded to my complaint for a week now!

Value for money
Had some reservations about buying this after seeing few reviews about the appliance being delivered in broken condition. Mine was delivered intact. Makes wonderful sandwiches in a jiffy since it has a power of 2200 watts. Build quality is good. Can make 4 sets of sandwiches at one go if the bread slice is small. With larger slices, can make 2 sets.
