Soft and comfortable
Good product with nice quality and provides good posture for the neck. Has helped so much with the chronic neck pain. Is not that hard and maintains shape in different neck postures.

Overrated Item..instead go for carefoam, way more best than MyArmor
The product delivered in the worst packing condition without MyArmor company own original packaging, damaged outercover and dust/mad over the pillow cover, plus smells really bad as if it was already used by someone...i had to reurn it because seller had no same replacement item...outcover quality not as good as CareFoam company, in dimensions i find its width bit extra & unnecessary.

Not ment for people who keep changing their sleeping positions
It is a nice pillow as mentioned it does make you comfortable by sinking your head as per once weight, but only issue is that it takes time to get back to its original shape which makes my sleep disturbing and uncomfortable.My sleep is mostly disturbing so i keep changing my sleep position every time so since this pillow takes time to regain its shape it makes my sleep more disturbing. Orelse overall the pillow is very nice and does the job as mentioned.I liked its hight as well its softness,if only it has not taken time to get in its shape i would have definitely kept it but i got to return it as its not ment for me.

Soft and seems durable
Received it today. Seems steardy and soft. Size is compact and one can use their cotton or silk pillow covers on them. Directions say that it is not to be washed.

Been using it for six months. The pillow is good but on a softer side. Since the height of the pillow is not much therefore a firm foam would have been better. The head sinks a bit in the pillow. Length and width wise the pillow is large
