Honestly, I ran out a while back ago now that I don’t have any to take. I do notice that my sleep quality was better when I was taking it. The vitamin itself did smell and taste really good. I could give it to my small one year old baby she wouldn’t frown up and be like oh this disgusting. I wish I could get more though. I believe the quality in the ingredients was top-notch.
