I bought this machine 2 years ago and had it delivered from the UK to France where it lives. The machine is very reliable and robost in general and its pretty amazing that you can control it from your iphone or even your apple watch.The speeds and spins are more than enough and the programs will keep you running around and get you out of breath in no time.I recommend the machine to anyone, however, to be fair there are a couple of niggles. The wheels are too small for any sort of none smooth surface, ie a stoney path or dirt track. The flaps to keep the balls in are made of plastic, where as the rest of the machine is made from metal, I think they should also be made from metal.Anyway, I am very happy with it and it has never let me down.

I've used this product for 2 years and it's done exactly what I wished it to do and more. The programmable variation is very good, the speed and direction enough for a non-professional but more than enough for a tennis coach.It's a bit heavy but that's because the standard of machining and build quality is entirely appropriate for its intended use. I bought the add-on battery adapter but have never used it because the battery outlasts me.I have had a couple of fair-wear-and-tear issues that have required technical support. In both cases the follow up in the UK and from China had been perfect. My warranty had actually just expired but they still shipped a replacement part to arrive 2 days later free of charge.So, no complaints and a positive recommendation: I would buy this product again.
